Q- Osar capital does not have a SEBI registration number. Why?

SEBI has banned the company HBJ Capital. The people who set up Osar capital are the same people who set up HBJ Capital. That is why SEBI has not given Osar capital a registration number.

Q- What is the connection between Osar and HBJ capital?

Both these companies are run by the same team.

Q- Why did SEBI ban HBJ Capital?

If you go through various websites, you will see that they charged Rs 10,000-200,000 for their investment advisory packages. 

The client always lost money because HBJ was looking to make profits for itself, not for its clients.

Many clients complained to SEBI against HBJ. SEBI then finally banned HBJ.

Q- Why is OSAR capital illegal?

SEBI has accordingly directed HBJ Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. and its Directors viz.

 Kumar Harendra, Amrita Singh, Abhishek Kumar Singh, Jitendra Kumar, Arunmozhi Gopalan and Ponnuraj Gokulraj “cease and desist from acting as an Investment Adviser and Alternative Investment Fund and cease to solicit or undertake such activities or any other unregistered activities in the securities market directly or indirectly, any manner whatsoever”.

SEBI has also directed HBJ Capital and the persons above refererd to “immediately withdraw and remove all advertisements, representations, Literatures, brochures, materials, publications, documents, websites, etc. in relation to those schemes/activities (investment adviser and Alternative Investment Fund) or any unregistered activity in the securities market”.
